The Lalamove rider has recently shared the bad experience that he goes through after his customer canceled the order to him because he delivered it late for just 4 minutes. Aside from that, the customer even gives him a bad rating.
The Lalamove rider named Keith De Guzman decided to post their conversation on his Facebook account. But despite the customer had done, he still covered her number and name. On the photos, De Guzman messaged the customer to tell that he already received the booking that she had made which happened on May 18 at 1:57 in the afternoon.
The Lalamove rider already arrives at the gate of the customer around 2:24 in the afternoon. However, after several minutes, he received a message from the customer, saying that she will just cancel the order as it did not arrive by 2:20 in the afternoon.

De Guzman explained to the customer that he just got the booking past 1:50 PM, he quickly goes to the pick-up area so he can able to get what she ordered. After that, he also immediately drove to the house of the customer.
He already apologized to the customer because of being late for 4 minutes, however, the customer still declined to pay what she orders. The customer even said that she doesn’t have money on her as her dad already leaves their house, who is supposedly the one who will pay the food.
She also suggested De Guzman that he should be the one to eat the food all by himself. The Lalamove rider stated that the order was done on a COD basis. He then pleads to the customer to just pay the delivery fee.
He said,
“Sige ma’am. Labas na lang po kayo. Wag mo na bayaran. Hati na lang tayo baka di ko po maubos to eh.”

After waiting for several minutes for the woman to come out to their house to pay the delivery fee, the woman still didn’t come out. Out of frustration, De Guzman decided to express his anger towards the woman, especially that he found out that the customer even gave him a bad rating.
